Crosslinked Polyethylene Foam

Crosslinked polyethylene foam is an aesthetically pleasing material that provides a wide range of performance benchmarks.

Crosslinked polyethylene foam has been chemically crosslinked; solidifying in a smooth uniform plank with massive aesthetic appeal & superior physical & chemical characteristics; compared to conventional polyethylene.

Crosslinked polyethylene foam has many of the same characteristics as conventional polyethylene foam except that crosslinked polyethylene foam has the capacity to protect class “A” surfaces.

Microcell™, Volara™ & Zotefoams™ branded crosslinked polyethylene foam can be laminated, embossed, thermoformed, die-cut, sewn, printed & pressure sensitive adhesive coated.

In addition to fabricating crosslinked polyethylene foam to custom designed specifications, New England Foam stocks crosslinked polyethylene foam in bun, plank, roll & sheet forms, in densities ranging from 2 to 4 pounds per cubic foot (PCF) & those colors most requested: black, natural, blue, yellow & red.

Additional densities & custom colors are available upon request, as well as anti-static, conductive & fire retardant (FR) types of crosslinked polyethylene foam. New England Foam can even match your exact color(s) [PMS].
