New England Foam fabricates foam products tailored to the function, fragility, and aesthetics of your project's needs.
New England Foam's experts are available to help determine the right type of foam with the inherent characteristics to satisfy the demands of each and every project where comfort, support and/or durability are integral for success.
In addition to fabricating foam products to custom designed specifications, New England Foam stocks foam in bun, plank, roll and sheet forms, in densities ranging from .9 to 9 pounds per cubic foot and those colors most requested: black, white, charcoal, gray (light & dark), red, blue, green, yellow, purple, pink (anti-static) and multicolored (rebond).
Additional densities and colors are available upon request, as well as adhesive, anti-microbial, anti-static, combustion modified (CM), California Technical Bulletin 117 complaint (Cal 117), conductive, fire retardant, electrostatic dissipative (ESD) and UL94/HF1 compliant types of foam. |

Related to durability, strength and support, density refers to the internal structure of foam and is defined as the weight in pounds of one cubic foot of material or pounds per cubic foot (PCF).
It is important to note that foam density is not a measurement of foam firmness, as firm foam is not always high-density. New England Foam stocks foam ranging in density from 0.9 PCF to 9 PCF.

Foam is traditionally color-coded during the manufacturing process for aesthetic purposes, to identify a particular product grade and to prevent yellowing.
New England Foam stocks dozens of different colors of foam including those most requested: black, white, charcoal, gray (light & dark), red, blue, green, yellow, purple, pink (anti-static) and multicolored (rebond).
To increase the aesthetic appeal of fabricated foam products, New England Foam stocks foam flocking in dozens of different colors; each complements the finished "look" and "feel" of fabricated foam products.

New England Foam can combine different types of foam, each varying in size, shape and density.
For custom designed foam products, New England Foam requires the length, width and height of each foam product in inches.

New England Foam's 80,000 square foot foam fabrication facility has the capacity for long, high-volume foam product runs as well as the flexibility for short, low-volume foam product runs.
Each order of fabricated foam products are priced per quantity of release.
