New England Foam stocks open-cell (polyurethane) foam sheets and closed-cell (polyethylene) foam sheets, reffered to as planks, in densities ranging from 1 to 9 pounds per cubic foot (PCF) and those colors most requested: black (charcoal), white, pink (anti-static), blue and green (fire retardant/anti-static). Additional colors and densities are available upon request. |
Custom Foam Sheets
New England Foam can sheet all of the different types of foam stocked in slabstock bun form to custom designed specifications. New England Foam has the capacity to combine different types of foam sheets varying in size, shape, color and/or product grade to satisfy the most discriminating performance requirements. |
Previously Fabricated Foam Sheet Sets
Previously fabricated foam sheet sets include: traditional foam sheet sets, convoluted foam sheet sets, corrugated-to-foam sheet cartons and completed case sets with foam sheets for packaging. New England Foam's sheets are fabricated to protect both valuable and delicate products against multiple impacts while maintaining their original cushioning properties.
